Whether you're stepping into a gym for the very first time, returning after a break, or a seasoned fitness enthusiast looking to mix things up, our classes are designed with you in mind. We cater for all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, and our supportive instructors will always offer modifications so you can work at a pace that feels right for your body. No judgement, no pressure — just a warm, encouraging community of women showing up for themselves, every single day.

Stretch
A mix of yoga, Pilates & functional stretching to improve your flexibility, strength & mobility.

Circuit
A great way to improve your strength and fitness using a variety of aparatus

DanceFit
Move your body and a have a ball getting fit with some great dance moves.

HIIT
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods, giving you a fun, calorie-burning workout that's fully adaptable to your fitness level — no experience necessary!

BoxFit
Incorporating pad-work and adding kicks with functional movements whilst giving you a highly energetic full body workout. Let's have fun and release some stress!
